Our pup, Ripley spent 15 days for a stay and learn program with Mark and Skylar. Mark put us at ease right away with how much he truly loves dogs and what he does and it was obvious our girl loved him right back! Mark and Skylar were communicative, honest about Ripley's behavior and what can and can't be accomplished, and we are so impressed with what Rip did learn while in their care. The entire experience with Holiday House- from the initial contact, through the check in, during our vacation, through pick up- was fantastic. Everyone was kind, genuinely invested in our girl, which made it so much easier for us to leave her there. Thank you Mark and team!
Holiday House takes such great care of our dog, each time he has always come home healthy and happy! This time we were away 2 weeks, a week in I emailed to ask how he was and they responded within a few hours giving me an update on his health and well-being, it helped put our minds at ease knowing he was in such great care.
UPDATE:
Our newest addition to the family is Bell, a rescue we adopted at around 4 months old, who knew absolutely nothing when we picked her up. At 5 months old and after settling into her new home with us, we enrolled her into the Stay and Learn program with Mark and Skyler in order to establish basic manners and the training foundations of good behaviors. I could not be more pleased with what Mark and Skyler have been able to provide my husband and I, and more importantly Bell, in 15 days.
