I called at 705 am after discovering we had 0 water in the house. These guys were out around 945 and had us back up and running before 11 am. Even texted us well after business hours to see if our water pressure was okay.
Great experience! Had issues with my well pressure going down, finally had no water. Called Hess late on a Weds (after 5). Received a follow up call by 6 that same day saying they would be out by 8 am next day. Showed up at 8 am and replaced my pump and had water again by 11:30. Would definitely recommend.
Zack came out about 45 mins after my call. We had no water. The pump was done. We had water in less than 1 1/2 hour after his arrival. If you need serious well service call Hess.The are excellent
