I called Aug 20 to schedule a fill in appointment for the upcoming Sunday at 12pm. They took down my name, phone number and told me it would be $35, I said okay.
I get there on Sunday Aug 22, and they say there is no record of me calling, or my name or number. As I am picking a color, the woman comes up to me and shows me her phone and ask when I called. So now I'm being called a liar, so I take out my phone and show her I called Aug 20 at 9:48 AM. She walked away and NEVER apologized. They had a tech take me and rushed me and was very rough. I give it a three because I asked for a manicure set and when I showed her the picture she said oh no you can't get this because you asked for manicure not acrylic. I told her that I asked for a full set and she said no you asked for a manicure. So at this point I was a little mad I tried to explain but it wouldn't work so I just let them put gel on my toenails it looked ok but really wasn't what I wanted. After I decided to go somewhere else to get my nails done so I would at least get what I wanted,
