Interacted with 3 gentleman - from the guy in the store (who was so patient and understanding for my crazy toddler to run through the racks), to Andy for estimate, to Bill for installation. All timely, professional and very detail oriented. Pricing very fair and made it easy to schedule and pay. When I didn't call back right away to schedule (due to a hectic work schedule and a toddler), Andy called again just checking to see if i was ready to schedule. Bill was so sweet with my little guy and patient with other contractor in the house at the same time. Cleaned up everything - could not even tell we just had carpet installed - not a trace of trash or debris anywhere. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!“
