Consumers do not need bait and switch scammers like this company. $99 Monday special for a chimney clean which Iknew was too good to be true but being retired and bored I had them come out. Guy drove up in a sedan, looked at my fireplace with a flashlight and told me it would cost $799.00! My only regret was not getting the estimate in writing to share with the better business bureau.

This guy is the WORST!! He deserves Negative 10stars. He charged 750.00 to repair our Chimney. He told us it would take his crew almost a full day to do the job. His crew that he supposedly had never showed up and he completed the job in an hour and a half by himself. He left a total mess and as we found out from a Real Chimney Business, he made a mess of our roof and used inferior materials. It cost is an additional 900.00 to repair the chimney and the roof. This j*** would not return thmy iscalls ir respond to any letters., s NEVER hire this slug.

HORRIBLE. My landlord had them come out and service our wood stove. When i got home from work i didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. That was until i opened the door and the front right leg which was clearly broken during the service fell completely off and the entire wood stove almost fell over on top of me and almost ripped the smoke vent completely off the wall. No note of any kind to let me know that it was not safe to operate. In fact the broken leg was placed perfectly so looked like nothing was wrong with it. Two bricks were placed underneath, but were not supporting it at all. Giving them 1 star is still more than they deserve.
