The company representative, Noah was excellent. He reviewed my options and explained the differences between the two and the reasons to pick one over the other. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant.
My experience with Tru North has been amazing. From the service call, technicians were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. To sales rep who didn’t apply any pressure to buy and quoted me a fair price. To the installation crew, they arrived on time, introduced themselves and walk me through the installation process.
