Ray (later found out he was the owner) is amazing!!! He embodies the type of small business owner we all want to support. He was knowledgeable, and patient. He actually spent time educating me on they way a/c units work. Definitely something he did not need to do on a week when he was swamped with work caused by Hurricane Ida. I later found out his office was also flooded and was still under several inches/feet of water. Yet, all his staff were friendly, helpful and professional. If they give this level of service during a natural disaster, I am looking forward to seeing the type of service they give when they fully recover. Always a pleasant experience! It's all the little things they do that really set them apart. The few times I've called in it feels like I'm talking with an old friend - they've looked up my info, seen the work I've had done and who I've chatted with/worked with, and quickly make recommendations/suggestions on next steps. The folks that do the work are equally as friendly and considerate talking me through everything, providing timely quotes, and are available for the (in my case, inevitable) follow up questions by text or phone. The owner Ray was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained my new hybrid HVAC system and the difference with other systems. Ray took his time and made me feel 100 percent comfortable with my transaction and acceptance to use his services. More to come following installation. ?Update: the installation went great. Everyone arrived on time, very professional, and the new system runs great. Since there's snow on the roof, they'll need to return for the vent. I'm very pleased with the system's function and operation, and I was able to continue using my Wi-Fi Nest thermostat.I'm happy to say that I am now an official Tru North... read full review
