Today was my first trip to Shi and the first time I've had my nails done in almost 20 years.
Nancy was amazing. Asked exactly what I wanted and the results are perfect. My nails look like I grew them myself.
Everyone was very friendly and the bonus massage was a lovely treat.
I'll DEFINITELY be going back.

Love this place! A great spa pedicure for a competitive price, and my legs as well as my toes come out looking great. Manicures - even simple ones - include a short shoulder massage. They do take cards, but will give you coupons for future services if you pay cash.

I've always had excellent pedicures and gel manicures at Shi and the nail techs are wonderful. I have concerns about how the women are managed. Tipping is encouraged but when I try to tip the person who performs the service, the man at the front desk or one of the lead techs always takes the tip, saying they'll give it to the person I want to tip. I have concerns about the nail techs situations and because of this, I can't go back. I'm just trying to figure out if that choice is better or worse for the women working there.
