Erik Reyes is truly a master barber, not just because of his technique, but because he cares about his clients. He took the time to get to know Cole before the appointment with a consultation and made sure to hook him up with games, everything green (including gloves AND his clippers), and even snacks. He was beyond patient with Cole’s sensory needs and made sure to give him options, show him every tool, and explain every step before he did it. He even let Cole spray him in the face with the water bottle so Cole felt comfortable with him spraying it. The smile was ear to ear! I have never met another barber who is so considerate, patient, and inclusive. He made Cole feel like everyone else and gave him the best experience he’s ever had. It made my heart SO happy to watch him have such a “typical” experience and love every second of it. I should also mention Cole’s new cut is incredible and exactly what he wanted! I can not recommend Erik highly enough! You can find him at Sal's Barbershop Downingtown. When Cole walked out, he said, “I got the drip, baby”.
