Mike Hyon, the owner, gave us wonderful service. From the moment we were in contact he was not only extremely professional but he truly helped me navigate this process. He put me in touch with a surveyor who was independent which then allowed me to take this project out to tender. Precision Contracting were not just competitive on price but I felt I could trust them with this large project. His team were all very professional and friendly and took care with our home as though it were their own! Our job was pretty extensive, Hardie siding, new windows and doors, a new Timber Tech deck and all new gutters. All the work was completed on schedule once the materials became available. I've recommended them to everyone I know.Service: Window installation

We were so pleased with our experience with Precision. Not only is the quality of work outstanding and something that they stand behind for years to come, but the communication during the construction was fabulous. If there was ever a question or a concern, it was handled immediately. We are thrilled with the outcome and have had many people comment on our beautiful our home looks. We were thrilled to see our vision come to life but even happier knowing it was done right and will last the test of time. We can not recommend Precision enough-they were incredible!
