I was told by the doctor here that I had some problems with vertebrae, and after describing all of my symptoms, the x-ray, she took seem to correspond to everything I previously presented her with. She also told me to take time before I come in because this is a partnership and I have to be open to it failing or working which to me means if I fail it's my fault if I get better she's a genius. You will spend an exorbitant amount of money for a few minutes of so-called treatment. I later had to go to an orthopedic surgeon and have MRIs done these professional doctors from both Thomas Jefferson university and Penn medicine debunked Dr. Nicole's theory of what was going on with me Dr. Nicole just wanted to squeeze $70 out of me every other day doctor Nicole is not a doctor. Remember that she is a homeo pathic, con artist. I give her a zero if I could, but it's making me give a 11 is generous at best. Not only did she miss diagnosed me. She tried to coerce me into sticking with her and showed me things on my x-ray that I had orthopedic surgeons. Tell me we're complete lies and fabrication. Hopefully you will go out of business and we can have more pizza. Dr. Nicole shame on you.

I am happy to share my positive experience at Bailey's Family Chiropractic Center. Although I had a double fusion in my lower back many years ago, my reason for seeking help was for my severe neck pain in which I suffered for several years. Dr. Russ and his staff made me feel welcomed and within my first week of treatment, I noticed some improvement . I look forward to my adjustments and the exercises tailored to my needs and I must say that I am now pain free and have so much more flexibility. Another thing I admire about Dr. Russ and his staff is that they understand the significance of overall wellness and they incorporate all facets of health to the treatment.

I had never been to a chiropractor prior to Dr. Russ and Dr. Nicole. I'll be honest, I was very skeptical about chiropractors at first because I've heard a few horror stories. But this is not the case AT ALL for me. Since being under their treatment, I have noticed significant changes in my quality of sleep, mood, I have less headaches, and have noticed improvement in my posture. Everyone at this office is super friendly, always going above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy with your treatments and visits. They are very educated and take the time to teach you why they are doing what they're doing. For me personally, I was amazed to learn how much the spine has a part in every way your body functions. They have fun incentives, their office is always super clean, and smells amazing! I would recommend Dr. Russ and Dr. Nicole to anyone and everyone!!
