On a busy Saturday. The manager and whole staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my glasses. The glasses kept failing and breaking. They fixed and replaced them with my warrantee. They came up with a solution that fit both parties without pushing while being super kind. I’d come back for the service alone. It’s not their fault the glasses I picked out wouldn’t hold up. Rebecca (manager) was amazing. Thank you for the help!
the woman that helped me look for glasses and helped me checkout was amazing, super nice and so helpful and ofc my eye doctor is the best, i’ve been going to her since i was in 3rd grade where i got my first pair of glasses!
Even though I did not purchase my eyeglasses from MyEyeDr., the staff was willing to repair them for me. The staff was professional and friendly. Rebecca Cochran, the manager, was helpful and kind. I was thankful for their help.
