Joe King is truly amazing. He fixed my own heater a few years ago when other vendors wanted thousands to replace. My sister recently had a motor in her heating unit go bad and she got 5 estimates ranging from 6500 to 18k to replace. Joe took a look at it and was able to fix the broken part for a fraction of a whole system replacement. Her system was not that old and it made sense to fix. He is very knowledgeable with systems and I truly trust his judgement.
