Very professional, thorough and friendly. Very pleased with their HVAC work to improve home energy efficiency. Special thank you to Brian, Shane, Connor and Liz for their work! Also thank you to Kurt for his review and upgrades or our antiquated thermostats ! I feel more in control of our energy efficiencies and costs. And getting some tax credits too!
DiBiase Heating & Cooling sent Kurt Manges to inspect the new AC/heat pump system they installed a few weeks ago to ensure it was working correctly, that I understood how to operate the thermostat, to instruct me how to reset the system after a power failure, and to see if I had any questions. He explained everything thoroughly and clearly.
DiBiase Heating & Cooling is a well-run company who does excellent work and takes very good care of their customers.
Tony was professional from entering our home. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail by taking his time and allowed us to understand all options and what is included in each package. Tony also answered all the questions we had, which was super helpful with this situation since this is our first experience with having to get a new unit.
