While not having use Dakota Dawn personally, I have referred them to a number of my customers after they have had a water damage or fire claim on their residential property. Any time I refer a contractor to one of my customers I follow up to make sure everything is going well, and every time I send a customer to Dakota Dawn Delineation I get nothing but glowing reviews. I highly recommend Michael and his team solely based off the fact that my customers love them, and are always grateful that I introduced them to Dakota Dawn. We hired Dakota Dawn to design and build a second floor addition above the main floor of our split-level home. The design process was a bit slow, although we didn’t have a firm completion date in mind, so it wasn’t a big deal. Once the building process started, the project management was excellent. Paul was great to work with; he always made sure we were aware of what was going on, and he took the time to answer our many questions. The perfect project! Now that we have lived with our new kitchen for a few years, still a month does not go by without someone saying “G’d I love this kitchen”. I am glad to write this and encourage everyone to use you. Your guys were great from the estimating stage to design to finishes. You were never in our way, always explaining, and easy to make compromises. The mechanics were yes men, always there to do it the way we wanted it.
