I called Bill Mullen Electric after a major outage at my home. I called at 830 am and they were able to schedule me in at 1 pm. Bill was able to assess the problem and fix it by 3 pm. He was knowledgeable, explained the problem and the process and had all the equipment and supplies on the van to fix the problem. The prices for repair are fair, I do not feel like I was overcharged. I am so glad that this company completed the job, as he prevented potential serious damage to my home. I will continue to use this company and refer to all my family and friends.

I called today and was immediately able to talk to someone who was very polite and helpful. She said Bill would most likely be out the next day to look at my issue, but then called again shortly after saying he could come out today after a project he was working on. Bill was very easy to work with. He provided me the easier option to fix my issue, as well as some more options for my older electric panel if I wanted to make any other improvements. He was not pushy and did not try to steer me in a particular direction. He fixed my issue quickly and spent some time testing afterwards to make sure everything was good.
Bill’s a great guy & electrician, and most importantly my dogs liked him. Did some pool electric projects at my home & rewired our old breaker box too. Trustworthy & great work!!
