I am very impressed with TC Backer. From the very beginning, their project manager was kind and helpful. I never felt like he was here to sell me services. He was responsive throughout the process of our project, always keeping me updated with timeframes and costs. At the very end, there was a slight discrepancy in the figures and the staff at TC Backer never pushed back on the issue. They listened to what I was saying and we worked out what had caused the glitch in the numbers. They were kind and helpful all around and the project was done beautifully.

James was my project manager. Very professional and kept up on everything. Workers were pleasant and courteous of property. They did a great job on new roof and gutters. Tarps all around house to protect flowers and shrubs. Cleaned up after themselves. Even used a magnet to get the nails and screws. Roof done in one day and gutters the next day. Can highly recommend them. Will use for future projects.

Our roof leaked into the living ceiling. We called TC Backer and they scheduled to come out the same week to check our roof. Kevin was prompt and professional and determined we had issues around the chimney, soffit and fascia. The technicians replaced the worn and damaged areas. This past weekend a severe storm put their work to the test. We had no issues with leaking at all. Thank you Kevin and team for the job well done!
