I went to the same PCP for most of my life and just a few years ago started going to Davenshire. I was nervous to switch but I would recommend this practice to anyone!
I adore Dr. Baylor and Amy. They are honest but compassionate at the same time. I called after hours over the weekend, spoke to Dr. Baylor about my infant son being sick, and to my surprise I received a call Monday morning just to check in him. This practice goes above and beyond.

Dr.Melissa Baylor is wonderful. She is inquisitive and relentless (in the best way possible) in trying to solve your medical issue. She listens, is friendly and has a good “bedside manner”. She conveys information without coming across as judgmental. I know I am fat I don’t want my doctor to body shame me ?. She allows me to be a work in progress and as a result I have lost weight and feel supported.

My husband and I needed to find a pcp when we moved to the area. We found Dr. Baylor and absolutely appreciate her mannerisms and knowledge of more than any pcp we had known back in Wisconsin. Her staff is kind and always willing to assist. Never need to come in when just having a question or want a referral. There portal is checked often as someone responds rather quickly, either by messaging or a phone call. If you're looking for a responsible and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. B is definitely the one. Deana
