We’ve had excellent care each time visiting this facility. From the desk to the nurses, PAs and Doctors we were treated with care and respect. Took my child to Douglassville to receive stitches and later to have them removed. Both times he was seen promptly and attended to very professionally. Thank you!
Wait time was a little long.To be fair, there were quite a few people waiting when I arrived. Once I got to see the doctor,I was treated with respect and kindness. All in all, a positive experience. I do recommend the facility.
I was waited on quickly and the staff was very friendly. My one big problem was that I was given an antibiotic for an infection in my hand. It came from a cat scratch. The antibiotic did not agree with me, the runs. I called to ask for a different antibiotic and I was told I would need to be see by the doctor again. I didn't need to see the doctor I just needed a different antibiotic. I did not need to pay foe another visit.
