Santa’s put 2 separate HVAC systems in our new construction home in 2022 and 2025 (1st and 2nd floors.) Ken did a great job troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue with first floor heater. He was able to clean out the burner and get it working reliably without the need for additional new parts. Ken is a credit to a great organization put together by Joe!
I own a commercial real estate & property mgmt co and my husband owns a construction co, we have both used Santa's for many years, for our own house and projects elsewhere.
