My first experience with this company was last year (2023) due to my HVAC system not functioning properly. The technician assigned to do the diagnostic test was excellent. Fast forward to the first week of May 2024, my cooling system stopped working. I contacted Leffler and they sent out a technician, from PETRO(Leffler Energy and PETRO are under the same umbrella company). I was not home when he arrived, but my wife was. The technician from PETRO told my wife that the HVAC wiring is "all messed up" and that he would come back tomorrow morning with the aide of another technician. This was a great experience from start to finish the sales man who came was very nice went through all best options for my home and the gentleman who came to install the systems were great they move furniture cleaned up made sure everything was installed correctly as well as going through how to operate the system thank you Leffler energy I would recommend your services to anyoneService: Ductless heating & A/C services

I called because our heater wouldn't turn on. They sent someone within 3 hours! I was impressed & so thankful. The rep from Leffler was so nice to talk to. They really take care of their customers. We've been with them for about 20 years & plan to stay with them. Good old fashioned kindness!
