My family doctor for 15+ years! Dr. T is excellent. Customer service for the front desk needs a little work.

I've been a patient here at BFC for years. Some of my medical issue get complicated BUT Dr Foster, and Dr T have always gone above and beyond to get me the care I needed. I've even had return phone calls from them both when they were checking on my issues. Tara and Sky are both professional and warm caring people and the ladies at the front desk, I wouldn't compare to warm fuzzy kittens, are professional and go above the call of duty when trying to fit me into the schedule.

Recent reviews about this clinic and their receptionists are sooooo true! I am so pissed! I am a full time 12 hour shift employee and I have a baby. I came home from work this morning, exhausted. I called the clinic yesterday and asked for an appointment today to see a doctor for my cough that doesn't seem to go away. The receptionist told me that there wAs an available spot at 9am. I took it. I put it on my calendar, and texted my husband to inform him of my appointment. So today, with 4 hours of sleep in 2 days, I came to the clinic only for the receptionist to turn me away and told me that the appointment is actually set up for tomorrow at 9am.
