This is the third and last year that my family has used Ken Bauer for filing our taxes. Upon filing this year we found out that they didn’t claim a child being born in our 2022 filing even though this information was clearly shared in a summary sheet. Not only was this error made, but they required me to pay an additional $175 for a re-file to fix their mistake. I argued against paying for their mistake but they knew they had me over a barrel with a tight deadline to file and possibly losing a child credit for $2,000 for another year. I literally could’ve done a better job using TurboTax on my own. I recommend looking elsewhere for tax assistance.

Ken has been our account for many years. He is very nice,very good and professional! I will be lost if he ever retires. if you looking for good service with up to date tax information he's your guy.
