Don’t do business with this company. They will NOT show up and continually give you the run around. They were already PAID because I went through a home warranty for my dishwasher. I had two no call no show appointments. Then someone came and diagnosed my dishwasher, ordered the part and I received the part. They were supposed to come the day after receiving the part, they NEVER showed! Appointment was rescheduled and they just rescheduled it AGAIN! Terrible business practices and customer service is a NIGHTMARE! Edited to add that they finally showed up yesterday. Sears was a no show!!!! So no service was performed.Sear didn't show up to provide Air Duct Service cleaning at my home schedule for 8/13/2020 at my home in Clinton, Maryland. They didn't call, they sent no emails or text messages to explain what or if there was a problem preventing them from performing this service on the scheduled date. I could have understood if they needed to change my service date but to not communicate with me at all and just fail to show up. This is totally unacceptable for any legitimate business......but Sears??
