Brian from American towing was really nice and helpful. He had my car towed to where I wanted within the hour I called him. I would definitely use American Towing again in the future.
Our driver, Brian, was very accommodating. Especially when it came to time. He was the one that both answered the phone and also picked me up. He told me over the phone that he will be around 20 minutes, then showed up in 14. Good stuff, especially after food shopping. He had a very calm demeanor as well. He also asked me what was wrong with the vehicle and gave me a few pointers. He checked every box when it comes to satisfaction.
After dropping our truck off at Tasca ford, & they locked the key in the truck & they tried to open it but they couldn’t, they had to call American towing, Brian & a young man came they were able to get the truck open & they were very kind people, i would recommend them to anyone! 10/10 service!
