    Horrible communication! I scheduled the consultation for August 6. The stated that payment was due in full and required credit card details to book. I proceeded with the required details, only to encounter a 3 week delay. The dely is little problem, the appointment was rescheduled for Aug 23rd. The night before the appointment at 8:55pm I get an email with a 8 part intake form that has to be filled out before the appointment. I'm not interested in filling out paperwork at bedtime when you had 3 weeks to send this to me, I ignored it. The consultation was August 23, the therapist came out, consultation was successful. Before the therapist left, I asked if the consultation was paid for, therapist said "yes". Therapist then proceeded to tell me that the next available appointment was for the following Friday (a week later). That evening I get a text that not only was the followup session not booked, but they booked everyone else and now the next available Friday appointment was 3 weeks later. So with no additional communication, I start guessing appointments each met with "no". I cannot see the appointment schedule and I'm thinking why can't u tell me what appointments you do have available? Then therapist texts back "well we can put you with another therapist, she's great". I was annoyed and didn't respond, I hate when I get pushed off onto other people, therapist should have her schedule available to book appointments, right? All of that was on Friday, over that weekend I get 2 reminder emails about the intake form, I'm on my weekend and have no interest in filling out paperwork, I ignored it but the frustration is building. On Monday, therapist calls me about "we can put you with another therapist", my answer is "no, I am not interested in being pushed off to another therapist. You did the consultation, you were supposed to be scheduling us into your calendar, I am not going to be pushed off onto anybody else. But by the way, the communication is killing me" so I told her about the email at 8:55 pm when it could have been sent out 3 weeks before, being hounded over the weekend, and having to guess at your schedule without being offered appointments that are available are really annoying". Follow up appointments were scheduled for 2 weeks out. A week after the consultation I get a email titled "you have an amount owing" that goes on to say you have a balance for the amount of the consultation. No, that was paid for, so I call And leave a message. The office manager calls me back to say "the money was held for an appointment that never happened", so "why are you invoicing me, I'm not paying a second time". Manager babbles something once again about switching systems, an excuse that given several times in confirming the wrong appointment early on, and the delayed dispersal of the intake form. I finally told the manager "that's not my problem and I don't care". Immediately the payment was withdrawn from my account and they discharged me, good! This company doesn't know how to communicate and they have lots of excuses for why they don't. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for speech or Myotherapy.
