I took my cat here for a checkup and shots he needed. He had a great experience! The receptionist Colleen Jobe was so nice and Dr Mellissa Voll- Stauffer and her assistant were excellent in the care they provided for him. Another cat I think his name was Walter sat by my cats side almost like telling him everything is OK, so cute. We love this place and highly recommend!!

If you visit the clinic's website, one of the first things you'll read is "compassionate care." That is exactly how I would describe my experience there. We had to make the difficult choice to have our cat put down, and we could not have felt more supported and understood by the vet and other staff. They listened well to our concerns and gave us sound advice to support her during her life, and they were incredibly kind at the end. They communicated clearly through every step of the process, made us feel heard, and deeply understood our sadness and grief. We felt cared for and our cat was cared for, too. Our sincerest gratitude to all at RVC.

They care. It's usually hard to find people who care about your pets as much as you but you can tell, they are all in. Thank You guys n gals for everything. The only vet I'll ever visit.
