We transferred care of our animals to this vet practice recently ad have so far been very impressed. While we had to wait awhile, the staff was very understanding and kind even when our girl had an accident on their entry mat. They apologized and explained that they had a euthanasia that had taken extra time; having been in that situation more than once, we certainly understood. Then the doctor came in and spent an extraordinary amount of time with us and our elderly girl. She made sure we understood options and possible outcomes and helped us make decisions regarding our pet's care. She took a reasonable approach, not the most expensive. I was very impressed during our consultation with Dr. O'Neil and his vet techs. Dr. O'Neill took a lot of time examining our dog and answering all of our questions. Both Dr. O'Neil and the two vet techs called us multiple times during the dental procedure to update us on the progress and get our input as to how we wanted to proceed. Dr. O'Neill came very highly recommended by our personal vet, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a thorough, professional vet practice. Thank you for the excellent care that you provided to Finn and for making us feel very comfortable while he was under your care.
Let me start by saying I LOVE this Vet!! My parents and my grandmother take their animals here, and when I mentioned who they are and what animals they bring, the staff lit up and began talking about how much they love the dogs. The staff clearly loves and remembers all the animals they see. I have a kitten, and she is not a fan of the vets. Her first trip to a different vet left her traumatized, and I let them know that here. What did they do? They immediately got out treats, and let her sniff them and let her love on them before even getting down to examining her.
