“My daughter and myself were recently just there for nose piercings and I can't even express how good and patient Del was with my daughter who was a bit scared... He talked her through it and she was beyond happy... I also have to add that the place was extremely busy and not a single person in there made us feel bad about her being afraid... Every person was sharing words of encouragement and even one person held her hand... Complete strangers but for all of you who were there thank you for your kindness!!! It was what she needed...
