I called Doug on Monday with washer drainage issues. He came later and diagnosed the issue, gave me a price and ordered the part all within 20 minutes. I asked when he could install the part, said I'm off Thursday, he said how bout Thursday at 8??? Very honest guy, up front with price, even fixed my leaking cold water valve. Will definetly call Doug again if I need another appliance repaired!

My washing machine stopped working…I heard about A Budget and WOW…I called and Doug came the same day to check it out! Found out what was wrong…he ordered the part and within a week he repaired it and I can start doing laundry again!! I highly recommend the service, the repair and Doug…super friendly and told me how to avoid some of the problems again…???

Dog is very knowledgeable about many types of appliances. He repaired our washer and dryer a year ago and just repaired our refrigerator this week. He is courteous, prompt, and affordable. Give him a call.
