“Dr. Rocco Arcieri is the PCP for me and my husband. We live in Hanover, but the time spent driving to Dallastown is insignificant when compared to the excellent medical care and concern we receive. Dr. Arcieri spends all the time we need, and explains everything in terms we can understand. He allows us to have a voice in our care plan. His nurses and office staff are friendly and courteous. When you call the office,a HUMAN answers the phone!! We are very pleased with this medical practice; in Dr. Arcieri's absence, we would have no problem seeing any of the other trusted physicians .The office is scrupulously clean, yet warm and inviting. There is an on-site lab. An all-round 5 Star rating!“

The lady at the front desk was helpful and really made sure that I could get care even though there was a insurance mess up in the beginning. Staff showed compassion and actually behaved like they were around sick and dying people instead of UPMC that acted like they were in a barroom , all the laughing and ignoring patients completely.“
