We had a great experience with Scarborough for our generator installation.Roger was responsive and communicative throughout the process - he showed up when he said he would, kept me updated on the progress of the permits and the generator order, scheduled installation promptly, and answered all my questions extremely quickly. His pricing - somewhat surprisingly, found right on his web site - is straightforward and compared favorably to the other companies I spoke to. I met Roger 4 years ago at a home show and he came out to give me an estimate on a generator installation. It took me 4 years to finally move ahead with the generator and Roger picked up as if no time had passed. He is the ultimate professional, cares about his customer base and I had my whole house generator installed in less than 5 hours.
