I really appreciated the way they let you have input on the whole process, from problem areas to desired pressure to wanting a silent massage to avoiding glutes if you're uncomfortable with it. Patrick used the perfect amount of pressure from the start and was exceptionally nice and open to my questions as they popped into my head.
