My hot water tank gave out this past week and I just started making phone calls to plumbers with good ratings. Jim immediately called me back, we decided size of tank, price, arrival time, etc. He arrived with a helper, they installed the new tank, hauled away the old one, cleaned up, and then he simply asked for my email for billing purposes. THAT’S a good small business person! My hope is you will consider him, should the need ever arise. He’s FIVE STARS - ALL THE WAY!!!
