I chose Hand and Stone for the excellent introductory price. I really appreciated the way they let you have input on the whole process, from problem areas to desired pressure to wanting a silent massage to avoiding glutes if you're uncomfortable with it. Patrick used the perfect amount of pressure from the start and was exceptionally nice and open to my questions as they popped into my head. I felt welcomed to speak if I wanted to, but not at all judged if I just felt like zoning out during the process. The front desk was also very kind and personable. I've had a handfull of massages, but this one was definitely one of the best. I will absolutely be back!!!
First massage. My back was sore and tight so I decided to give it a try. It really made a difference and relieved my discomfort. I will definitely be back on a regular basis. The price is reasonable for the exceptional service and the relaxing environment. Can't wait for the next thanks.
The good: As far as massages go and the therapists this place is perfect and does a great job. I cannot thank them enough.
The bad: if you get a membership-warning you-the prices and fees are ridiculous. Even to cancel and reschedule is tough because the front desk struggles to answer the phones. I got charged a cancelation charge and I probably forgot to read the fine print, but I would not recommend this membership plan at all. I really wish this business would take into account not everyone has millions to spend and needs to be more reasonable with pricing and communication with fees.
