I tried to take the matter privately to the owner and have got blown off. Very poor service for what you pay a place to take care of you. Just so very sad and also sad that they hire someone who you can tell what you want done to your hair and they don’t listen and do what they want. Take more off your hair and hack it on one side to make it look terrible. Just very sad maybe you need to vet your stylist a little more and who wants to hear about their life being homeless and all that not like I had ever met them before. Just sad will never recommend this place to anyone. And sad thing I have been there before and my cut and color was exactly what I asked for and the service was much better.

A Touch of Style is an excellent place to get your hair cut or styled! I have been going to Coleen for over 30 years. She is the absolute best! Brenda is so nice and easy to talk to. Denise is a beautiful lady. There are more and I'm sorry I don't remember all of their names. I highly recommend A Touch of Style!

Displeased with the level of professionalism and ability of meeting customer needs. My stylist, Demi was pleasant and personable at first however, after my hair had been finished it was nothing like the picture I had presented as my expectations (balayage). Once the lightener lifted my color the stylist was insistent that my hair did not need toner (picture below). I asked to tone the blonde in an attempt to rectify the intense contrast in color in my hair. I contacted the salon to remedy the situation but was met with disregard and negligence.
