They came out for a free estimate and gave me detailed tips. Jeremy, the technician who fixed our hot water tank was awesome. He was very detailed and communicative. Orlando was the plumber that serviced my request, and he was very professional, respectful, and friendly. He replaced my old toilet with a new, taller one. He cleaned the work area. He took away my old toilet, and I was very thankful for that. He did great work and very quickly. The price for the toilet and service was very reasonable. I am very pleased. “We called for a gas line removal and capping. I called at 1:22 and left a voicemail. He called me back at 1:31 asking when we needed service. He was at our house at 1:42. Less than 15 minutes later! I couldn't even believe it. He quickly looked at the pipe, let us know what needed to be done and completed the entire project within 20 minutes. He was super friendly and professional, he let us know if we have any problems or need anything else (we're doing a full kitchen renovation) to let him know.
