The customer service is amazing! I had the pleasure of talking to both Evan, the new owner and Kathy. I called from out of state to send a planter or basket to a local resident for an anniversary. I was a bit early, as they were not available yet. Kathy took my order for a gift certificate. Evan personally texted me to let me know that they also mailed the certificate for me!
