Wealth of knowledge from the instructors I have experienced at 3RY. Spacious studio is a huge plus, also love how the community can connect before and after class in the “shoe and coat†room. I highly recommend trying a yoga nidra class. Yoga Bob is effective in creating an encouraging environment that will challenge those with experience, while providing support to those just starting out in their yoga journey. 3RY is a true gem for the Pittsburgh community

Three Rives Yoga provides quality classes, every day of the week. The instructors at this studio teach their students how to do yoga poses, as opposed to simply calling out the name of a pose and expecting students to know how to get into it. Clear, easy to follow instructions are given throughout class. Each class progresses from simple to more complex poses, with a final relaxation at the end of class. At Three Rivers, one learns how to practice yoga in a mindful way. A lot of emphasis is put on allowing your body to open slowly, with the breath, in order to avoid injury.
