Lou and his team at Servpro did the rebuild at my house installing new flooring and reworking my kitchen island from water damage. They did an amazing job and everyone was friendly and professional. They even redid some things without question. I’d recommend them to anyone!
When my washing machine broke, water seeped under my bamboo wood flooring. Serv pro was hired to remove my flooring and dry out water damage. I also hired them to install my new flooring. I want to thank Jeff for assuring me he had the best crew to do the job, and he did. I want to thank Lou and Steve for installing my new flooring, and doing an excellent job. They were prompt and courteous. If I had to call with any questions, they were prompt in returning my calls. After completing the job each day, they cleaned everything up to my satisfaction. I'd recommend SERVPRO to everyone. I couldn't have had a more positive experience - professional, knowledgeable, accountable, polite, friendly, etc. I could go on and on. We had a sewer back-up in our basement and did everything from remediation to the re-build with them. Jeff, Louis, Steve and team were fabulous. I felt taken care of and cared for. They were detail oriented (and I am picky), tidy, clean, on time, dependable, explained everything. Really it may be the best experience I've had with a contractor and home renovation.
