Sales rep and installers were very detailed about process and expectations. Install has been very well done thus far. Presentation took longer than expected, and were told that they’d be able to change a lock on a front door install but were unable to complete.
Overall great experience with very personable people. Obviously some sales pitch involved and the first appointment took way too long. However they were very thorough with the details of the products and process. Install has been efficient and they fix any detail we have noticed that needed adjustment.
Eli was great to talk to and was very informative. I didn't know anything about windows before he came for a quote. I almost feel like an expert now.
The windows themselves were installed quickly, and they've make a huge difference in our inside temperature and noise levels.
