He was first of all helpful in finding one time in his busy schedule and our rushed timetable when he could do the work.When he arrived, it took him only a short time to make himself familiar with the exceptional features of our home: the great view outside and the arched doorways, high ceilings and gleaming hardwood of the interior. By moving aside some furniture and carefully lighting and angling his shots, he managed to "accentuate the positive" even in our modestly decorated home.We have studied little home photography, but we feel that Phil used his artist's eye to produce a set of helpful and attractive real estate photos.
