Ordered a new fridge from Costco and this is the company they use for local delivery. The WORST experience ever! They were an hour early, which I was excited about, but then they said they couldn’t do it because they might slip since it was raining!!! What!?!? They managed to get it off the truck, up my driveway, and into the garage…but couldn’t go down my level concrete walkway up a few stairs into the house!!! It’s Saturday, July 4th weekend, we were their last stop. They were two LAZY delivery guys who didn’t feel like setting up the fridge! My daughter was transferred from New York to Atlanta and was given two weeks to move. A friend’s father suggested we call this Paul at South Bay who might be able to ship the 30 boxes we had. Gave us a quote, picked up boxes in a Monday and said we should have delivery by that Friday. We flew to Atlanta, got into her apartment and waited. Never heard from Paul again and Friday came and went without a delivery. Paul finally responded providing us with a reference number and another company name. When we looked up number we were surprised to see her boxes were flown from New York and sitting at Atlanta airport. I like this Trucking Company. I had the pleasure of working at this organization through a temp service at the time and loved it. My boyfriend currently is a Owner Operator through this organization. If you are looking for a good Truck driving organization I highly recommend looking into this company.
