Dan was very thorough and patient explaining things as he went through the house with us. He showed things he wanted us to be aware of and explained what things were important to be taken care of. He was not the type of person to be an alarmist and kept us calm when we came across something that seemed like it could be a major issue. I highly recommend Eagle Home Inspections.

Our inspector was Dan Pace. Lets start with the inspection was extremely thorough. Every inch of our potential new home was explained to us in full detail. As we walked thru the house Dan pointed out every potential problem and things that need attention. His ability to help us understand our new home was outstanding.
