Joe was great. He called me back when he said he would, he came to my house within the time frame he gave me. He immediately got to work fixing an outdated lock. He told me what the problem was, showed me what was broken and he fixed it very quickly. He was , honest, fair and the price was extremely reasonable. I would recommend Joe to anyone.

A truck I got only had one key for the ignition. The ignition and door were not the same key. A-1’s vast knowledge and years of experience came into play. With the right special tools he read lock code. Cut the keys and they worked perfectly. Now I can lock the doors! Can’t say enough good about my experience. Would use for any lock issues I have. I’ve had ok experiences with other locksmiths in the past. And some just sucked. Not A-1. Top notch professional and affordable. That amount of experience is worth every penny. I’d give him more stars if possible. Thx again A-1!

What a life saver! Both of my key fobs were barely working, and when they did, they were doing crazy things. Setting off the alarm, opening the hatch, etc. Not only did he get us in quick, he was friendly and also more than just a little reasonable. He was a fraction of the price the dealership wants Will definitely use again if ever needed!
