I reached out to Window World in mid January to get a quote for replacing 9 windows. Our old windows were aluminum, and way past due for replacing. I was able to schedule a quote with Sal immediately, and within less than a month our beautiful new windows are installed! Carlos and his crew were professional and did a great job. Sales experience was great, installation was okay, but customer service at local office when there was a problem needs attention. I was told the day after install that new kitchen slider would be ordered bc of a latch problem. It never was. Window manufacturer finally called a month later to schedule a time to come out to look at it the following month. Very disappointed with lack of communication and not following through. Had all 8 of my windows done by window world super glad I went with them, Nelson and his partner did an incredible job. Super respectful guys and very curdious. I have absolutely 0 complaints. they passed all categories. I highly recommend this company
