Came out and checked out our septic, very professional, kind and a pleasure to deal with.
The woman answering phone wasn’t the kindest, but the gentleman I talked to (Logan I believe is his name) was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to my concerns with my septic system and drain field.. Very nice driver/tech came out the next day and talked me through each step he would be performing and very reasonable price up front. Took good care! I truly appreciate the dedication to the work and patience with my knowledge and questions!!
Timely, reasonable, friendly. I was completely satisfied with job unlike other company I used in past who tried billing me 3x more and never even actually pumped the tank.
