I have been doing back exercises and I feel 100% well!! For decades I have been receiving chiropractic treatments and always on a 4-6 week maintenance schedule. “Great place! It was definitely a bit of a harder massage which I'm not normally used too but something I certainly needed! I didn't know I had so many knots in my neck and back! It was a very thorough massage too. She massaged every part of my body beside my breast and stomach area! Again I'm not used to it but it was excellent! There were hot stones as well which caught me off guard but felt amazing haha. I did a full 90 minute massage.They are very professional and extremely friendly. There is a bit of a language barrier so be patient. She was extremely nice and considerate of how hard she was pressing. She immediately lightened up when I asked for lighter pressure in certain spots on my body. Highly recommend!“
