Main Line HealthCare Family Medicine in Conshohocken

I became a patient of Main Line Health to get my health together a few years back. They have not helped me with my health. The week after my first visit my CRNP left and I have no idea who my provider is.. They stopped sending my any communication whatsoever. I have no idea who my provider is.

Fast forward to 2024 and I moved to another County. I contacted them for instructions on getting my health records sent. I completed the forms and emailed them to the proper contact. I heard nothing back.

My experience with Dr. Schaffer has been wonderful and all the nurses have been kind. Someone at the receptionist desk (did not catch her name) needs more training in customer service care. It seemed to me that she believed she had the authority/ judgement on how I should best proceed. From now on I will immediately say I would like to speak to a nurse about my care if the doctor is unavailable. Two stars do not reflect the care of the medical team.

I am putting one star, because of Melody at the front desk who is flat out rude. I called about a billing issue and was given the number and immediately hung up on. I called back, because I had another question and was met with a rude attitude that is not customer service. This is the second time I have dealt with this horrible front desk person named Melody. I was called three times in the same afternoon to make sure I was on time for my appointment. It just so happened it was the last one of the day, but it is so unprofessional of a doctors office to call a person three times in one afternoon about being on time for my appointment.
