Had problems with my laptop not functioning properly and not able to use it. Called Compusolve on Saturday and received a call late afternoon and began a remote evaluation which finalized on Sunday. Bill was fantastic, and now the laptop is running like new! Great company with great customer service! Thanks, Bill for all of your help and insigjhts!

I have used CompuSolve on several occasions. They have always been prompt,knowledgeable and totally professional and reasonably priced. I was so completely satisfied I even bought a new computer from them. I can't say enough good things about them.

I have relied on CompuSolve for many years. There is always someone on the other end of the phone line. You never get cold recorded messages, nor do you get shuffled around from one button to push to the next. The technicians are true problem solvers. Sometimes it is a simple fix and other problems call for a visit, which is pleasant and comforting. I am very happy CompuSolve is there for me, particularly because I am not very technically capable. Yet, no one ever makes me feel stupid or incompetent. It is a wonderful company.
