This has been my go for a while now. There are a few employees that are the best! I never have issues when I make an appointment and request them! Recently I went in without an appointment as I had a last minute engagement. The owner/manager did my nails and it was a rushed, and poor service. My manicure looked terrible-uneven polish, missing the side of each nail, mis shaped, cuticles were not cut evenly and some fingers not at all. They also chipped within a few days. I tried not to fuss as I didn’t make an appointment but the other thought is- she is the owner, there should have been more pride taken in this service. I will see how a future visit goes. This the first salon I’ve been to that the polish removal process is so gentle. This is the first time in a long time my nails are not damaged from going to the salon. I see Jennifer and she is very kind, patient and talented. Salon is very clean and everyone is very pleasant.
Getting my nails done is always something I liked to do and I’d just like to take the time to give Artisan nails a 5 star review! They truly are so good at nails and mine always look perfect when I leave. Reasonably priced and it is just the perfect little nail place for me. I’m so happy I have a permanent spot now!
